The rooftop bar had great ambience, tho pricey, cool views of dtla buildings, pool nice. Staff were very accommodating. I like that they took a historic office building and converted it to a hotel. However, the room layout is weird. The large bathtub/shower is in the middle of the room. The sheets need to be improved. It was quiet tho and in room coffeemaker was wonderful.

Cute hotel! Rooms seem a little outdated but they were good! Quick and easy check in. Staff was great! Rooftop bar was okay, pretty pricy but the city views are gorgeous. Clean rooms, very cozy beds. Parking garage was easy and has elevator access to right outside the hotel. Right in downtown, very walkable to everywhere we needed to go! Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area!

Service for breakfast with top notch. Enjoyed our service I believe she was filing in over the weekend in the Diner as she also worked on the roof top! If she is not a manager she should be!! Also front desk helped with AmTrack Service. Great positive staff!!!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I ended up paying almost the same amount in random hidden fees as I did for the actual room, which is ridiculous. The room itself was nothing special at all — definitely not worth the price they’re charging. On top of that, I called the front desk all three nights of my stay just to get an extra blanket, and no one ever answered. Not once. For what they charge, you’d think basic customer service wouldn’t be too much to ask. I wish I would have saved my money and stayed literally anywhere else.
