Dangerous bathroom
The tub floor is super high compared to the bathroom floor. It's also very slippery. One of our guests ended up falling and breaking her foot in 3 places. Hotel didn't offer much assistance. They lent us a wheelchair to use in the hotel only, couldn't go outside of the lobby. It was in pieces and we had to figure out how to assemble it. It was filthy. When we arrived at 2:45, I was told that check in would be at 3 pm and the room wasn't ready. Went back at 3:30 and it still wasn't ready. They gave me another room after spending a few minutes looking for another room.

Perfect Night
I was unfamiliar with the area and worried about the safety of the location. Pleasantly surprised!! The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. I did not feel unsafe and the venue I was going to was very walkable. Great stay!!
