The vibe in the entire hotel was dark and moody but so cool and beautiful. Staff was so friendly, inviting, and answered all the questions I had. Bathrooms were small and the shampoo/conditioner had a weird scent. Valet was parking was a bit expensive, but valet staff was also friendly and always had a sense of urgency. Location was great and central to many places!

I recommend this hotel! It was clean and nice. There is valet parking only so you have to pay for parking either way. But it's a great option if you plan on exploring downtown LA

She’s seen some things
Lobby and restaurant have been remodeled very well. Great place to hang out and work or socialize. Bedrooms felt old and lived in. Nice remodel but things like A/C were external and obstructing view/curtain drop. Definitely felt a little haunted! This place has seen a lot though, so I always find the charm regardless.

This was my 2nd time staying at Hotel Figueroa and I truly love it! The location is perfect for walking to Crypto for games, concerts, etc. It is downtown so there will be a few instances of homelessness and shady things but that's anywhere in LA. The property is so chic and check in is a breeze. The best part? They accept Apple Pay lol! I lost my debit card right before arriving and was freaking out. Would def recommend! Can't wait to visit again!

Everything was excellent. I have stayed a couple of times, this was the smallest room I’ve been given thus far , it was nice except For it only had a small side table lamp and the room was a bit dark. More lighting would be nice even if it’s a small room
