Unfortunately, when we arrived, front office staff was unwelcoming with a very low voice making it hard to hear. He rapidly gave us a room with no care. No hospitality. We entered our room to find a roach. We took care of it took a pic and left the dead critter in the room. We went to the front office to ask for a new room, again front office staff with no care or surprise, gave us another room. Once we entered one of the two elevators, someone had relived themselves on the floor. I promptly told front desk staff and used the second elevator. I was upset but it was late and me and my family had an early start. We hesitantly went to bed and left before dawn. We can understand most of the things that happened but the lack of hospitality was depressing and added to the dread of having to spend the night here. Would not come back

Second time staying. Good for solo traveling. Quiet. Clean and comfortable. Beds soft. Bed could use a good rotation, one side worn worse the other due to constant use. Front desk staff friendly and nice. Wasn’t told about breakfast, had to ask. Did not take advantage of breakfast, wish it went until 10 am like most hotels. I understand that may cause a lag for check out. I did like how extra plates and plastics were left out. I had to go to the lobby to use the microwave (none in rooms) and was pleased to see I had plastic utensils that I didn’t have. Would stay again. Not many complaints. Good property to stay at.

The staff did NOTHING to control the NOISE. I stayed in room 220 & heard nothing but kids running in/out of rooms, dragging furniture above me, loud screaming, cursing, & general talk. This was by far, the WORSE stay in a hotel in my 55yrs of living, & I travel two to three times monthly, requiring a hotel. Worst experience....PERIOD!

The shower overflowed into the bathroom floor. Lightswitches were dirty Fabric of the seating was worn and stained. My pillow smelled like mildew - i pulled a shirt out of my suitcase and wrapped the pillow with it so i could get some sleep. And finally, one of our neighbors was smoking. Positives - the mattress was comfortable and the wifi worked great.
