This appealing house is perfect for two families or a group of friends. From the moment you walk through the door, it feels like home. Living room with lush leather couch and loveseat, gas fireplace, game table and large HD TV is a wonderful place to relax after a day at the beach or on the slopes. The dining nook just off the well-equipped kitchen is roomy enough for the whole gang. Just past the kitchen are laundry facilities and a half bath.
Head upstairs to the four themed bedrooms. The Surf's Up room has a Queen bed and sofa and opens to a den with another sofa, TV and huge bean bag chair. Up a few more steps to the Birdie room with Queen bed, Twin bunk beds, TV and walk-in closet. This room will make you want to get out on the golf links! On down the hallway, you're transported to the Area 51 room with Double on bottom, Twin on top bunk beds, built-in desk space and a crib. Full bath in hallway is shared by these bedrooms. The California King master suite, a.k.a. the Bogie / Maltese Falcon room, offers up another sofa and TV and a spacious master bath with two sinks and large shower / tub combo.
Welcoming your canine friends, too, this really is a home away from home.
Attached 2 car garage makes it easy to access your vehicles in any weather.

Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog to any dog-friendly property. All dogs must be at least one year old and must not be left unattended at the property unless crate trained. No pets other than dogs are allowed at any of our pet-friendly properties (no cats, birds, ferrets, etc.).
*PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog to our dog friendly property there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
Our properties do not have air conditioning.
BBQs are not provided during winter months (November to Memorial Day)

FINES RANGE FROM $1,500- 5,000 AND CAN BE ISSUED TO GUESTS WHO ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE. A FULL LIST OF RULES IS ATTACHED AS A PHOTO IN THIS LISTING. SOME HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:
•QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM TO 8AM. NO NOISE SHALL BE HEARD ACROSS PROPERTY LINES. NO OUTDOOR SPEAKERS OR AMPLIFIED SOUND ARE TO BE USED AT ANY TIME.
•DOGS MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES WHEN OUTSIDE OF A PROPERTY AND ALL PET WASTE NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP.
•PARKING IS LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING NUMBER OF SPACES: 4 - STREET PARKING IS PROHIBITED YEAR-ROUND.
