"We enjoyed our stay at LA Fiesta, also having a path to the beach was great ,friendly staff with breakfast brought to our room when we wanted it. The only thing I would change is to get better coffee both in the rooms and in the lobby could be much better. "

"As a hospitality professional I truly felt that the property did a great job in many areas. Clean and welcoming atmosphere, attentive Team at the Front Desk, Recreation and F&B. One area that I would recommend additional support in is the Managers Reception. 3 nights in a row we attended the reception at 5pm and the Bartending Team did a great job of explaining what all was included, but no Manger was present. Not even someone who looked like a Manager. A Managers presence would be a welcome addition even if so much as to be a buffer between the Bartenders and the guest. The MOD can work the line and explain the reception and what all is included so guests can order promptly at the bar once it becomes their turn. An MOD presence would also show support and appreciation to the working Team behind the bar for the 90 minute reception. "

"Very modern and clean hotel. St Augustine is one of my favorite spots in northern Florida. Although we only stayed for 1 night it was extremely pleasant. I would definitely stay here again."
