The room was clean, but could use updating. Breakfast was not as quality as other Holiday Inn Express hotels we've stayed at. There were no toppings for yogurt, the cinnamon rolls were stale, and there was only one flavor of muffin available and the pancake machine wasn't working. The coffee was good, though. Our room was RIGHT next to the busy road, and we could hear road noise all night. The hot tub was also out of order when we were there. We would have liked to use it after a long day of driving. The desk clerks were not as friendly as we would have hoped, but they got the job done efficiently. We normally depend on Holiday Inn Express hotels for a clean and quality stay, however, if we return to St Augustine, we'll probably try out another hotel.

The room was very clean and clearly a very good renovation. The rooms are not nearly sound proofed, so neighboring rooms can hear what is said. Traffic noise can be heard in street side rooms, but wasn't an issue for sleeping. Bed was comfortable.Breakfast was pretty good. The oatmeal could have been a bit thicker. Coffee was decent. Parking was easy.

This place was great inside and great location, and we would stay here again. The only problem with it is the Parking lot is very poorly designed. It’s hard to get in and out and you literally can’t get by if someone is parked in front to checkin. But clean room, friendly staff, and good breakfast.

One word: ROACHES. They were everywhere in our room. My son put his pizza in the microwave to save for later and when he came back to eat it, roaches were on it. There were roaches on the coffee maker in our room as well and in the bathroom they scattered at night. Hot tub not working and a cold swimming pool. Exercise room was great and so was the delicious breakfast with a nice variety of choices. Loved the hot cake machine

Very quaint little property. Quiet, but close to beach and downtown St. Augustine. Would stay again. Newer property, but bathroom and shower very slippery. Breakfast was hit and miss.
