"Booked last minute as a treat for my daughter whilst shopping and going to the Christmas Markets. Managed to get checked into our room early, room was lovely, staff were very friendly and night time singer at the bar was fab. Lovey atmosphere and the Christmas decorations were beautiful. Would definitely recommend "

"Google maps not good when trying to find hotel but once we did, staff were really friendly, easy check-in and good security as key card use to get to our room, room really good, electric bed so u can sleep how ever u want sitting up or lying down flat and its comfy as well one draw back its high off the ground, very quiet hotel. Only trouble is got to hot as the heating was on all night so woke up couple of times. Theirs plenty of bars and weatherspoons around here close by and the Christmas markets on as well were good. Car parking close by as well."

"Stayed one night and the staff were very friendly and professional Bed was comfortable, room very clean and decor very beautiful Food very good, good choice from the breakfast option One thing i will mention is that tv switched itself on a few times while in the room and would be on when coming back to hotel room after being out, upon asking staff if the keycard operated the tv, their reply was no, so this was interesting Overall lovely experience and would highly recommend Down side is having to pay for car parking"
