The room, bed, bar, and lobby areas were real pluses. The reception staff was great. We had to wait 45 minutes for a table for dinner. The dining area felt crowded and noisy but I understand why it is. The food was good! The location is excellent!

Decent room, a bit dated, but otherwise clean and absolutely fine for an overnight before flying early morning. All staff were friendly and corteous.

Needed room for stay after a late flight in to Glasgow. It was close and convenient. Public areas good. Bed clean and comfortable. Room small. Bathroom outdated. Carpets a bit worn. Air con difficult to understand how to turn off. Bins outside hotel completely full. Handy but wouldn’t rush back
