The Hotel is in a good location. The restaurant is well staffed, but the food is served in the restaurant is fairly average. I do believe that the Hotel needs more people to clean the rooms, as I don’t think our room was properly cleaned every day.

Nice new hotel, less than a year old. Good sized room and bed. Parking a wee bit difficult have to use NCP car park about 120 m away. Best suited to taxi arrival. Staff great, nice bar vibe and dinner menu good.

We were staying in Glasgow for just one night. This hotel was easy to get to from the airport by the 500 bus and a short walk. Great hotel. Very clean and very central. Highly reccomend it.

Pretty good, unlucky with the rooms
Great first impression of the lobby, but issues with the room experience. Got upgraded with Marriott Gold Card, but the first room stank of grease from the kitchen and was right by the vents and rubbish area (despite asking for a quiet room). Second room we tried had a dirty headboard, grimy feeling toilet and stained sheets. As we were only staying one night we decided to live with it after it had been cleaned again, and they did comp us some very nice drinks in the bar. Great lobby, bar and location, and decent service, but the room issues would prevent me from staying there again.

Fabulous stay
Arrived slightly earlier, not a problem, friendly reception staff. Room was immaculate and the bed and pillows were comfortable, we had a good night's sleep. The hotel was stylish and all seating comfortable as well. The staff were polite and friendly. So close to the train station and centrr of Glasgow, will definitely be returning and would highly recommend.

An overnight
This hotel is located a stone throw to Georgie Square, so close to lots of bars and restaurants and walking distance from Queens St. Station. A lovely entrance and welcoming, friendly reception staff. Rooms were large and had a lovely king-size bed, disappointed an executive room didn't have slippers and only supplied sparkling water, with one biscuit each. The shower was lovely, and they had lovely big towels. It stated the room had a view, the description didn't manage my expectation! Breakfast was lovely, and the lady in charge ensured I had bacon cooked as I liked it; crispy. A good variety of choices. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very good except the first day our rooms have not been cleaned as we have left early morning and came back late evening. The next day we have requested and made sure the rooms get fixed. The car parking is one block distance away

The AC Hotel was a wonderful place to start a Scotland vacation. The facility is excellent, well maintained and very clean. The best of the facility, however is the staff. From the knowledge of the concierge to the outstanding food prepared in the hotel's restaurant, these folks are top notch all the way. Can't speak highly enough about them. Wouldn't hesitate to book another stay at the AC.
