Great staff: friendly and helpful. Great location for Central Station and city centre. Large comfy bed. Room rather small and cluttered for two people with luggage. Only one chair. Seemed oriented towards lone business traveller. Strange arrangement of shelves and tables. Only provided paper cups in the room.

Convenient Glasgow hotel
Nice hotel near ran station. Room was at the end of a corridor with many turns. Clean with a loveseat and extra chair. Luggage racks a bit small. Spacious bathroom especially large shower. Staff very helpful. Breakfast very Scottish and pricey. Lobby nice with lots of seats and a bar.

Another fabulous stay at Motel One. Not only does the hotel have a superb city centre location, the rooms are really comfortable with super comfy beds and pillows. The staff at the hotel are exceptional and go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. We had a spectacular view of Hope Street which was much appreciated. Special mention of thanks to Daniel and Michael but to be honest, everyone at the hotel was just lovely - thanks a million to you all.

Motel One was clean, conveniently located, and well-appointed. We were incredibly pleased with our rooms (we stayed in both the beginning and end of our trip), and the customer service was unparalleled! We were especially thankful for Euan and Kyle, who went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent experience, but really had nothing but positive interactions with the entire staff. It was easily a 10/10 stay for us, and we will stay here again without hesitation!

Nice enough for one night.
Nice enough stay, a little bit of emperor’s new clothes. The new furniture puts a nice enough veneer on a pretty basic room with woodchip walls. Good price point, bed was comfy and room was pretty clean.

Fantastic hotel
What a fantastic hotel, great location and great service provided at the hotel, very modern. Not the biggest of rooms, however very well finished. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Property was a great location for our needs. Only issue we had was that a front desk attendant gave us a wrong address to a restaurant and we wasted 1 hour and 30 pounds. When we explained the situation to the attendant, when we returned, he just shrugged us off and said that was the address he saw and it wasn’t his fault. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Will not be recommending your hotel in the future.

Only stayed overnight to see a concert in Glasgow. Hotel, rooms and location are all great, the only complaint is the inexcusable queue for checking in, waited for over half an hour to check in, and the queue was even longer when we were eventually given a key. If a hotel of this size insists on 3pm check-ins please ensure you have a system to cope with the demand.
