Good hotel, just a few things could make it great
Staff and room were great, pool was nice. Only things that would've made it better were if they repaired the Jacuzzi by the pool, or maybe just empty it since they made it seem like it won't be fixed... There was also propane fire pits outside of the pool that did not work, which could've been nice at night

Beautiful and very clean HOTEL. The grounds were absolutely lovely! The STAFF was friendly, efficient and very accommodating! As a female traveling for business I felt very SAFE! I will definitely book here again as I travel each month for work!

5 star's! hot tub a maybe?
Great place to stay very clean room staff was great and property is nice to walk around! Staff made sure we had a first floor room per my son special need's ahead of our arrival (most hotels wont) that was very helpful for us! Only two things they could change would possibly be the ice mechanics and the hot tub. Before booking i read other reviews from months back about hot tub out and ice mechanics also out. They were still out on our stay we could get ice from the lobby but if you were on the other side of the hotel it would be a good walk to get ice. If the hot tub is a must i would call before making a reservation seems like its been out for a few months. Other then them two things five stars from our family we will for sure stay again if in town!

We stayed here last year and loved it, this year was a big let down though. The service was off, the property was dirtier, trash laying around. We didn’t get the room that we booked. Our shower was dirty and clogged. It was like pulling teeth just to get towels sometimes. Also the hot tub was closed our whole stay.
