This is a partially sub ground level unit of a 3 unit building. The unit itself is private, has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and uses a digital keypad so guests can enjoy the entire space to themselves and not have to share space with others (aside from the main entry door to the building which also uses a digital keypad). The unit gets a generous amount of natural light into every room and has ample recessed lighting throughout. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed while the other two bedrooms house a queen. There is also a couch that doubles as a futon in a pinch! All new modern appliances and brand new mechanical, electric, plumbing, finishes, etc. There is an outdoor dining area in the rear outfitted with a gas grill, table with an umbrella, and chairs.

• There is a parking pad in the rear of the building with 1 dedicated parking spot (space # 9). The parking pad can be accessed by pulling into the driveway on the right side of the building when facing the front exterior.

• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine
• Pets are allowed
• Often times we have guests checking in on the same day that guests are checking out (same day turnover). Given that, it is unlikely that we can offer late check-outs. Guests will be charged a $50 flat fee for an early check-in, $50/hour for every hour they stay beyond the listed check out time (11:00am EST) and an additional flat fee of $200 will be charged if the impending guest(s) are unable to check in on time due to late check out issues.
• Absolutely NO PARTIES! Please be cognizant of the neighbors! They will call the cops if there is excessive noise/activity or if the number of people exceeds the amount allotted in the listing. Enjoy yourself responsibly.
