My room had a wall-facing view, and I have difficulty with enclosed views, which also affects my breathing. I shared this concern with a front-desk staff member, and he confirmed that I could switch to a room with a better view. When the manager arrived, she whispered to him and took him aside, which felt unprofessional. When he returned, he apologized and said no other rooms were available.
Additionally, the staff and managers did not offer a warm welcome. There were no smiles, and the overall customer service felt lacking. The bathroom also does not have a fan or proper ventilation, which causes unpleasant odors to linger.
I would not recommend this hotel to friends or anyone due to the poor customer service. This experience is the reason I chose not to extend my stay and decided to move to a different hotel.
