It is a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. It has all the essentials needed. This small studio is an extension of the house but it is closed off and has its own entrance. There will be room in the driveway to park. If the guests have any questions we are just a knock on the door away. The guest will also have a tv that has Netflix available on it. The grocery store is about 5 minutes away, the highway is about 8 minutes away and the Vero beach mall is about 15 minutes away.
