"Loved the stay! Flush was broken in the room I got, so I was upgraded to a bigger room. Everyone was very helpful. I had to take out some printouts, so the printer being in the lobby was highly appreciated!"

"The property is beautiful and guest services / staff were amazing. I spoke to everyone from the front desk to the valet casually and often. I enjoyed lounging in the lobby area and the bar. The pizza was good but it was rather large for one person so I recommend people plan to share. The coffee shop is a must!!! I started my days with an iced caramel macchiato. Again the service is 10 out 10. I didn’t use the complimentary car service but they did offer it. They drop you off anywhere within a 2 mile radius. They offer valet parking but I found it pricey but it’s convenient for those who rented a car or drove in. You also have the option to park in the public parking space across the street. The rooms are huge! So spacious. Clean. Modern. My only issue was that they do not have a vending machine or store on the property. So for those who may have flown in late, please know the restaurant will most likely be closed and you would need to find a nearby store to grab a snack or other items. You can also order from uber which is what I did."

The valet service was exceptionally quick in retrieving our vehicle. The hotel itself was stunning, and we were very pleased with our overall experience. We will definitely choose to stay there again for future trips to Houston. "
