Room service never came to clean the beds. The entire weekly stayed there. Only one elevator worked in the entire hotel the phone we need to call for towels they would never come and you’d have to go downstairs and get them

Only 2 of the 4 elevators worked, and when I say worked, I mean after waiting for 10-15 minutes for one to show up only to be packed like a cattle car. This was the weekend of a big event, but that’s no excuse. Having no air conditioning in the wings made it even more fun when waiting for your elevator, so much so that I started using the stairs to climb up and down from the 7th floor whenever I needed to go somewhere. This was an huge pain at checkout and it seemed like there was only 2 luggage carts that the whole hotel was fighting over.. took us an hour to get out of there. Our room was nice, but they never came to clean it, even after scheduling a time on two separate occasions. I’ve had better service at pay-by-the-hour motels. For what I paid for this room, the only benefit was the close proximity to Minute Maid park, and all the restaurants in walking distance. I chose to not use their valet parking, which saved me more than 100 bucks, and was still able to rent a spot in the literal same parking lot the valet uses. 😂 What a ripoff. The valet was trying to hustle me saying that they wouldn’t recommend parking there because it wasn’t safe. 😂 If you’re single or a young energetic couple, then this hotel might be a good option for you to be centrally located in downtown. But if you’re someone like me who’s tired of not getting what they paid for, I recommend elsewhere.

It was a family reunion and we love it; the service and all your employees are amazing. We have an awesome family reunion thanks of your services. I have a recommendation: if it is possible that when the customer do the check in, the room should have already the air conditioner on. (it was off & that’s activated my allergy) but your excellent services just made me forgot these detail. Even though I did my recommendation. Thanks for been soooo nice to all of us.

Everything was good except for parking. There were limited parking options and some were really expensive. There was a garage nearby but you have to pay every time you enter (cost was $15.00 at the time of my stay). The hotel has valet but you need to be ready to pay a lot for it

The room was very nice but the maid did not do any refurbishing before the 2nd day. No new coffee, towels or cleaning. The only visible service was to pick up the shower mat.. odd. If it hadn't been moved we would not even know she came in

It would have been a great stay if the room was not too hot. It was 73 degrees inside the room. We called the front desk and they told us they were going to notify maintenance. Nothing got resolved. We had a terrible night sleeping because of how hot it was.

I WOULD NEVER BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL AGAIN
Before booking my stay, I looked at recent reviews and saw their were concerns regarding the hotel's elevators. Considering the reviews were a week ago I would have thought they would have fixed them. Upon checking in I realized there were still only 2 working elevators. The elevator I got on could have been cleaner as there was a large noticeable stain on the floor. After checking into my room, later in the evening, I notice a bug that I was not familiar with. At first sight I thought it was a roach but after looking it up online I figured out it was a bed bug. I contact the front desk and they immediately changed my room to a suite. Though I was changed to a new room, the experience of seeing that in the room made me paranoid looking for more bugs throughout my stay. Next morning I requested toothpaste to be delivered to my room. I requested it twice and it never came. I had to come down 14 flights to the front desk to retrieve it myself. Lastly, my flight had been delayed. I contacted the front desk to extend my checkout an extra 2 hours. The front desk refused to grant this request even after communicating my poor experience at their location. I looked at this as POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am not very hard to please when it comes to hotels. I value cleanliness, customer service and available internet access. My experience at Cambria Hotel has soured my first experience visiting Houston TX and I would never book with them again.

Arrived 30 minutes after check in time. Long line to check in and only two employees checking people in. When we got close to desk we heard them telling customers that rooms weren’t ready and would call them when they were. When we got to the counter they told us the same thing. I gave them my number and they said it shouldn’t be long. We waited almost an hour and when we went back to counter they were giving people just arriving rooms. When we inquired about our room they said they had forgotten to call us. When we did get our room there was only one set of towels and two very small pillows on the bed. We asked the front desk for more towels and were told there aren’t any. We won’t be staying here again.

Only 1 elevator was working. At times it took 15 to 20 minutes to catch the elevator which made us late for appointments. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. I wish they offered febreeze or some sort of air freshener. It was really bad! I’m glad I only had to stay 1 night in that room. Other than those 2 things it was very nice.

Love this hotel!
Easy to check in and room was very clean, updated and spacious. Was in town for a concert and it was an easy 2 block walk to Minute Maid stadium,.
