Great rooms, clean, friendly staff. I work in IT and the way to connect to the WiFi isn't user-friendly at all. I thought the valet service at 40 a night was insane. Parked nearby for 10 a day

The Whitehall is a beautiful hotel in downtown Houston. It’s close to the Toyota Center, 15 minutes from the Galleria Mall and close to popular restaurants. My issues refrigerators and microwaves are not available in all rooms. Breakfast is not provided to all guest. I’m assuming it’s only available to certain room selections. Overall it’s a nice hotel. Managers and staff are professional and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
