We were very happy with our stay. With two adults and three teenagers it was a bit tight. With that in mind, it was clean, bright, in great condition and had space for everyone. We would happily stay there again next time we are in Toronto.

This property would have been great if the owners would take care of it. The building itself is safe with security at the front door. It is located in a walkable location to lots of Toronto's activities and attractions. The apartment was poorly cleaned, broken glass, dirty cups, missing sheets for the sofa bed, broken bed and unusable refrigerator because of a disgusting smell. The renters came to " fix" thing 12 hours after being told! too little too late

Had a great stay here for the Taylor Swift concert. Was a good location for shopping and dining, had plenty of extra towels and linens in the apartment. Everything was clean and had no issues finding the apartment and easily accessible building. Would recommend

Be Wary of "Apartment Hotels"
The place was clean and as-advertised. Communication was good. However, my overall stay was not good, due largely to drilling in the building that began before 6:30AM! Who starts construction at six in the morning? That's the thing with these "aparthotels", they're not really hotels. The "check-in" process was not very easy. And a hotel would never let somebody start renovating before dawn. In a condo building, guests have no such protection. It was really annoying as I badly needed some rest. TL;DR The "staff" who run this "hotel" did nothing wrong, but apartment hotels just aren't good. If you stay here, you could be woken by construction before dawn or who knows what else.

Unfortunately the cleanliness did not meet our expectations as we had to clean the kitchen and fold the linens out of the dryer upon our arrival. The location was great and the early baggage drop off was fantastic.

The property was on 12th floor with a balcony view towards the Eaton centre that has the subway and trains for airport. Very busy area but felt safe. Check in details clear and concise there was a mixup over late check out but this was not a problem the owner very quick to reply to questions and for any help. We had a lovely stay the apartment clean tidy spacious warm and well equipped the TV was good and the views where fabulous. If I went back to Toronto I would definitely stay in this apartment again. Couldn't recommend enough 10 out of 10. There is a carpark accross the road from the apartment not sure of prices as we didn't use a car.

Great spot to explore the city! Enjoyed several aspects of the apartment from the comfortable bed to the view from the balcony to the nice kitchen and dining area. It was also convenient to have a grocery store nearby. Would stay at this property again.

Spotlessly clean, great communication, acceptable
Two things were outstanding to us: the cleanliness of the apartment. It was spotless. The other was the communication of the RivetStay team. They were prompt, helpful, professional, and courteous. The neighborhood was ok, not great. It was on the edge of a less desirable neighborhood. I didn't feel safe going out on my own for an early morning run. Also, next time I'd prefer something more central. I should have paid more attention to location before booking. The apartment itself was fine, mostly as expected. The kitchen was well-equipped for the little bit of cooking we did. Two negatives: first, the description said a fitness center/gym was available. It was not. When I asked about it I was told it's only for use by permanent residents. The second, though beyond the control of the management, is that apartment itself is cheaply built. It was fine for us and our needs for a two-night stay. All in all, an acceptable stay.

The room and amenities were excellent very clean and all the furniture and fixtures are very up-to-date. Beds were very comfortable close proximity to lots of attractions about a 5 to 10 minute walk from Yonge Dundas Square and about 35 minutes to the CN Tower walking very pleased with this place and would recommend it. Only downside was outside of the hotel on the street level was some homelessness near the hotel… I guess that’s everywhere though
