The property offers extended stays of 30 nights or more. The Guest(s) will have access to only the basement apartment with a separate side entrance. There are three selection of rooms. All rooms offer central air conditioning or heating, a common bathroom featuring a bath and a shower, and a kitchenette (no stove/oven use are permitted at this time). The well-equipped kitchenette features a refrigerator, a microwave, rice cooker, blender, kettle, and a toaster. Each bedroom has a window and is furnished with a single/twin-sized bed, a double bed can be requested as well, a desk and a seating area. The property ensures security of the property with placement of CCTV on the exterior, side entrance way, hallways, and the kitchen space. No parties/events are permitted on any space on the property.

The property aims to provide an affordable accommodation for Guests and ensure safety. The property is located in a very quite and safe neighbourhood which is at the border of two major cities -- York and Toronto -- with public transportation within a few steps distance. All major grocery stores, outlets, banks, and restaurants are in very close proximity. There is a large public park right across the street that is equipped with a playground for children (has swings & slides) or for walks/jogging. All major outlets, restaurants, grocery, and banks are within walking distance. Public transportation is steps away from the property.

It is the perfect place for Guests looking for flexibility, budget-friendly, and safe area to live in for an extended period (e.g., 30 nights). Upon making the initial online payment (e.g., for 1 night) the Guest(s) will receive a Rental Agreement to review and confirm their agreement within 1 hour of booking.
