"It was pleasant inconvenient in the areas that I had to get into and very helpful"

"Property was good but I did not have any towels in the room. Empty tissue box and tv was not connected to wall socket. When connecting to socket, socket panel fell off(was not screwed on). Pool also did not have any towels and when there was, there was only small ones. One side of pool bar handle removed and small steel bar still left and became a hazard for kids. Kids were almost injured. Breakfast was good. Staff was great. I forgot my ice pack in freezer and wasn’t able to return for it. Does housekeeping let management or other staff know that customers forgot small things in room? Courtesy call? Overall stay was good. Thank you "

"Would have referred more facial clothes than 2 with 3 women staying. Coffee pods were not replaced 2nd day. I feel $15 parking should be comped with room rentals. Otherwise we absolutely loved the resort and wished we had more time"
