Our room was very clean and obviously updated. Anytime we needed fresh linens or anything else, they were very easy to obtain. We only ate breakfast once at the restaurant but it was delicious. Our interactions with the staff at the front desk were always positive. I think Ginger at the front desk deserves a raise! She was delightful!!

The property is located in a convenient area with easy access to the freeway. Lots of free parking which is always nice. The room size is good, and the bed was nice and comfortable

The amenities were less than desirable. 3 of the 5 workout machines did not work. The tv in the gym did not work. The umbrellas in the pool are were worn and torn. I requested towels and room service, the bed was not changed and made, they just left some towels… not a complete set, and left some sheets on the dresser instead. The computer in the lobby was old and dated and did not work well, neither did the printer. The hall way was loud throughout each day and night… walls very thin. I expected much better from Wyndham!

The water filter in the ice machine needs to be changed. I almost vomited when I took a swig of water after I filled my jug with ice and water from the machine. It kept me up all night… turned my stomach. They decided it was a nice time to clean the hallway carpets during my visit and the fumes were intense enough to draw tears. The entire door jam was off and you could see an ⅛ of an inch of light around the entire frame… light was bad… but the sound this allowed into the room from the hallway caused me to be woke up multiple times. The closest entrance door was broken. It would turn green when my card was used but would remain locked and I had to walk all the way back to the front. The sink water pressure was excessive and would shower me each time I turned it on. The shower water pressure was poor. Go figure. I did not feel secure in the building. Broken entrance doors were jammed open with carpet allowing anyone into the building. I used a door alarm I carry to give me a sense of peace of mind. The staff were friendly and helpful. That is about the only good thing I could say about my stay.
