Checkout is at 12 PM. We stayed here the night of December 14, 2024 in Room 305. We put the “Let’s reschedule” sign on the door the night before so we could sleep in. Unfortunately, we were not able to sleep in. Three times between 930am and 1130am housekeeping knocked on the door. After the second time, I even checked the door to make sure the sign was still on the door knob. And it was. Very annoying and my only complaint about my stay and the reason for not giving more stars. Good location. Surrounded by many businesses and the college. Parking is in the garage, not far. The check in staff were pleasant. They have continental breakfast and a rooftop bar. They have a microwave downstairs and the rooms have mini fridges. Parking is an additional $16 per night in the garage and you just use your room key to enter/exit

I had confirmed availability of parking for my small RV and was told there was space behind the hotel. There was not so staff sent me to ASU Lot 59 - 1/2 mile away. They had no idea how to pay for this but thought there was an app - they could not remember the name of it😞. In the dark I found Lot 59 but the two ASU staff I questioned had no idea how to pay for this as “most people have a permit”. I hope my RV is still there! No Hyatt points because I booked through Expedia - I hadn’t known this - BEWARE. I was charged $75 for a pet fee! I used to be a Platinum Hyatt member - switching to Marriott!
