The hotel will charge you $12.00 PER PERSON to use a shuttle. Had I known that, I would’ve never made a reservation. I had to change rooms THREE TIMES upon check in because the AC wouldn’t work and it was awfully hot. The steam fan fell off the wall three times and you could see mold inside of it. The inside open area felt like a smoking party. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Feel sorry for the night front desk person because he was nice. I was only able to sleep 3 hours and took a shower only to find out that the water wouldn’t go down the drain. I guess that is what happens when a hot cares more about money than customers. NEVER WANT TO STAY AGAIN!! DISGUSTING !

The website advertised free shuttle to the airport, but when we arrived, we were told by one staff member that the shuttle costs $12, and another person told us $10. Food options in this location were unavailable. Wished we would have stayed somewhere else.

I had to pay for my shuttle from the hotel. I was glad it was offered. The carpet in the room needed shampooing. The towels were a perk. The receptionist gave no direction to take to my room. Not the best area,but close to the airport

Hotel rooms were clean and well kept. Exterior needed cleaning maintenance was doing what they could. But it looked a bit neglected needed a parking lot sweeping with a machine lots of tree debris leaves etc. With wind blowing service was good. Employees were happy to help when needed. Pool was nice and clean.

Asked for room to be cleaned 5 times out out the 11 days I was there it was only cleaned once and another time only the bed was made I bought a broom and cleaned it myself. Ac went out and microwave never worked. They have good breakfast and the staff were friendly.

The hotel is VERY outdated. Cracks in the wall, old bathtub, old yellow tiling, old vanity and sink. The beds are too small for 4 adult occupancy. There are 3 towels and 2 washcloths provided so when I asked for more I was given small towels. I need 2 more pillows and they did not have it. They could’ve easily grabbed one from another unused room. There’s no fridge or microwave in the room and being on the 3rd floor in 115 degrees heat with 1 elevator, you have to walk back to the front desk to use their microwave. Pool was dirty with no pool towels. There were cigarette burns in the sheets/comforter. I was too tired to keep complaining so we just stayed.
