"The loft it self was great. It was just as it was described in the ad. Like all pictures they made it seem bigger than it actually was, but I didn’t mind. Jordans communication was in a timely matter and always there to help when asked. Cons; I had to ask for how to check in because I didn’t get an email stating the codes or check in process. The same goes with the check out process. I received them via vrb email after I had already left. These are two key factors and should be communicated days prior so you can plan and not have to worry about it. Other small cons are I had elderly adults visit and would I have known that there were so many stairs and no elevator I would have not booked it. Over all a nice quant clean loft in downtown Harrisburg for a great price. "
