"The room and bed linen were spotlessly clean. There was a cosy lounge in which to enjoy a drink, and a choice of Bistro or Pub for food, both of which offered good deals, and the staff at reception were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is in a good location by the River Avon, with ample parking at discounted rates for guests. The town centre with its many attractions is only a 10 minute walk across the footbridge. We would stay there again."

"Room clean , too hot even turned down thermostat down . Staff very helpful. Don’t understand why you don’t have semi skimmed milk in rooms . Must say outside noise was very intrusive & affected ability to sleep, as window appears not to shut properly. Needs looking into to 203 "

"Would recommend on basis of location, confort & cleanliness of room and staff professionalism. Unfortunately we did not have breakfast or use the leasure facilities so cannot comment on these but I definitely want to book again and try these. We had great value for money and the best nights sleep. Surprisingly quiet. Really good stay. Thank you. "
