Weekend break away to go to the motor bike show at the NEC, great location and a great price. Only downside was no restaurant menu in rooms so didn’t bother eating there as didn’t want to go down to find I didn’t like the options settled for a meal at the NEC

Fantastic value
We arrived and waited quite a while at reception for issues to be sorted with key cards not working and confusion over customers breakfasts before we were finally seen. I'm not sure what the point of checking in online beforehand was because my details had to be taken again. Three of us ladies stayed in a room together and we were impressed with the size of our room. So much space and surprised to have two proper double beds rather than one being a double sofa bed. Hairdryer in the room, excellent. Only downfall of the room for me was how chilly the room was and how long it took to heat up. Nice and quiet stay. Clean room. Beds nice. Very roomy shower with soaps provided. Although must say the smell of the bodywash wasnt great. That's just my preference. Checkout easy, just pop keycards in the box.

Helpful friendly staff. Great breakfast, big thanks to Narinder for cooking perference on request. Sofa bed wasnt so comfy and could do with bottles of water in the room. Good location, 5 mins walk to the NEC and trains station. Would recommend and stay again.

A lovely friendly hotel, the staff were very good and helpful. There was a dining room issue on a Saturday evening where the number of guests overwhelmed the kitchen resulting in food item shortages and a lengthy wait for the food but it arrived at all times very hot and the breakfast was especially good. We would certainly return and thoroughly recommend this hotel

Good overall, but...
Overall it was a good stay. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom/shower, and decent breakfast. Only mention would be the stains in the room carpet and loose tile in the bathroom, and the extra charge of £15 for parking which I dont recall being mentioned when booking.

Hotel was great. Perfectly located for the NEC. Room was very clean, pillows were below par. We asked for extras as we both woke up with neck ache. Breakfast was fine on the first day. The second morning was disappointing. I had to have my breakfast ing 4 sittings because there were no hash browns, sausages or bacon

Easy check in. Pleasant receptionist who said we only had to ask him, if we needed to. Room very clean, carpet clean, bedding lovely and towels thick, clean and smell super too. Kettle, mugs and complimentary tea and coffee. Blackout curtains and very little noise from outside. Walkable to the airport, 5-10 minutes (with a big case). Glad we booked and are back at the end of the week
