Our first room was very dirty but the staff was apologetic and moved us to a new upgraded room which was clean. We understood that they were trying their best as they are still recovering from hurricane Helene and Milton.

I would expect a Tradewinds resort to be a little more updated than it is. it did not meet what I expected. as far as condition of the property. The pillows are old and flat. there's no detail to cleaning around faucets and bathroom fixtures. things just to look a little old and run down.

The room was very small, and the daily amenity fees plus parking added almost $100 per day to my total charges. That said, the staff was friendly and there were lots of shops and restaurants close by so it was convenient.

The room was nice and spacious but looked like it hadn't been serviced recently probably due to lack of guests from recent hurricane. Staff was nice. The property is in good shape considering the hurricane damage. Work in progress outside the hotel, but overall in good shape.

The hotel needs a little updating but its beautifully maintained. The service is awesome . The restaurant, Rum Fish Grill was excellent. Instead of venturing out we choose to eat there mostly because it was so good.

Have stayed here before, storm damage notwithstanding, there were numerous issues such as heat not working, phone not working, elevator not working, staff gave wrong answers and directions, or did not know what the resort fee amenities were.
