Surprisingly, I really liked the hotel. The unfortunate experience of having their elevators broken is what brought my rating down. I understand things may be broken, but the hotel shouldv'e compensated in other ways. Waiting 20 minutes for a service elevator while the maintence men rode up and down is unacceptable. And yes, we did speak to the front desk (manager wasn't available).

The hotel is decent, the beach is beautiful. The beach bar has decent food and good cocktails. The hotel seems a bit in disrepair, their elevators were down leaving a full hotel only with a smelly and just not kept up service elevator to use for guests and team members trying to manage. Front staff at night wasn’t very friendly. The last 2 times I’ve stayed here it was nice, however, after this stay, I am not sure I want to return.

The elevators were broken for our entire 1 week stay, we had to share the freight elevator with the staff and they were not the most well behaved and polite personnel, a lot of them use profanity riding the elevator with us and we had kids with us. The pool was under repair, we couldn't use the pool for 4 days out of our 7 day stay; the hotel gave us a $100.00 credit per room for our entire stay, but when you pay $4,000.00 for 2 rooms getting $200.00 dollars credit for our inconvenience is sort of an insult! We will never stay here again.

Our family enjoyed our stay and will be returning. The elevator being down was inconvenient but believe once repaired hotel is 5 stars. Loved the cabana and beautiful beach access!

The property is in a very good location. A very beautiful beach. I loved the ambiance of the outdoor bar and seating area. The pool was kind of small. What I didn't love was the front desk person lied and said there was not a room available. So I went on Expedia and booked a room. The other problem was one elevator was out of order. The other one broke and I had to walk up five flights of stairs for hours. Some people were able to use the service elevator but the line wrapped around the lobby. Seems like a really old building that needs some updates, particularly in the mechanics. They've tried to update the rooms which are nicer but still lacking considering the price of the room.

Check in process was quick and easy. Location is amazing. We ate the The Social and Bongos while there, and all 3 meals i had were simply delicious. All ingredients fresh and beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised that a cabana with 2 chairs and boogie boards were included in our stay at the hotel. Both Megan and the guy with long hair were awesome on the beach. The only downside was that one of the 2 elevators were down the whole time we were there so it took a long time to go up at down. However, i know that sometimes it's hard to get things fixed right away.

I liked that this was a beachfront property and that it was in walking distance of restaurants in the area, like Crabby Bills and the Waffle House. This property also had its own restaurants on-site and a nightclub up on the top of the building.

The elevators were not operating our entire stay. Another couple stated they are always broken down and they been coming for years. They stated they will not be back either. Our room was only cleaned once even after multiple request. On top of the elevator not working and people having to use the service elevator or in our case climbing 6 flights of stairs they decided it was a good idea to close the pool for refurbishing. Really, no elevator, no pool and on top of it my daughter had to constantly get out of the car to move cones in the parking lot so we can park while the valet stands there playing on their phone. Please avoid this hotel altogether. The website makes it look so nice but it is very run down and outdated. Worse experience I’ve had at a resort and will not be back. I can keep going on and on but I will stop here.
