BAY LA VIE - ST. George Island Vacation Rental Home - Visit "Bay La Vie" which features gorgeous Apalachicola Bay views from every room with a private dock. This three bedroom three bath home has been recently updated with new appliances and furnishings. The first floor offers a large open layout, a large well stocked kitchen, spacious dining area and comfy living room with a 72- flat screen TV. The back porch, right off the living area, is perfect for watching the dolphins play in the bay over morning coffee or the afternoon sunset with a cold drink in your hand. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom offers bay views with a king size bed, flat screen TV and a bathroom with tub-shower and double vanity. There are two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and bay views, the other with two twin beds. Both bedrooms feature flat screen TVs and all have brand new mattresses. A full bathroom with a tub and single vanity is located between the two guest bedrooms. A stack-able washer and dryer is also available for use.

Bay la Vie is perfect for your next family vacation or fishing trip. The private dock gives you access to the best of the bay: fishing, crabbing, kayaking, boating, swimming, sunning and relaxing. There is an outdoor shower down stairs to rinse off your salty day too!

It's all about the outdoors on St George Island and our property has plenty of room for parking, we are 5 miles from the St George Island State Park. The park has a boat ramp, lots of beach access points with paved parking and public restrooms. You can also buy a pass from the Park for fishing the East End Cut. It's a great spot! There are some other fun features on the island! The bike path is just across the street from 9th Street. The park with basketball court and playground is .1.5 miles away. Also, climb the 92 steps to the top of the historic St. George Lighthouse for breathtaking 360 degree view of our delicate ecosystem: Apalachicola Bay Estuary, St. George Sound, Gulf of Mexico, Little St. George Island and St. Vincent Island.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time at this property. Neighbors are nice and everything was wonderful! The view of the Bay was so nice. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

My family loved everything about this house. Very spacious and plenty of room!! Outside area was great and the guys loved fishing from the dock. You can take the best sunsets off the dock. We would stay in this house again.

Beautiful House!
This house was beautiful and so spacious! The boys caught a TON of fish off the dock and we saw dolphins right at the dock almost every day. Also only a couple minute drive to town. The view from the living room is amazing. Only complaint was the dishwasher which hardly would clean the dishes at all, We handwashed most. Overall, excellent stay!!

Vacation
The process of booking, checking in, and checking out was very easy and well communicated. The property was beautiful and clean. We had 6 people which worked out great. There was 2 people per room and each room had it’s own bathroom. There was a washer and dryer which was great. The view was amazing because the property is right on the Bay. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay there again.

Stay at 327 Cook Street St George Island
The house is lovely and comfortable. The icemaker does not work properly, the upstairs balcony door is almost impossible to lock and blows open during the night, the downstairs tub was very clogged but we managed to fix that (probably needs to be looked at). We had a huge wind storm and the grill blew down the stairs during the night. My husband put it all back together and it seems to work but should probably be looked at also for safety purposes. The tiles are loose in many places downstairs and there is tile damage in front of the refrigerator. We found the kitchen very easy to work in and it was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc.. It is very spacious, better than the photos. The balconies are lovely and eating outside was just perfect when the weather allowed. The beds are comfortable, especially the master king and the upstairs master bath is huge. There is plenty of closet space. We will definitely rent again. The pier is wonderful and there are crab traps under the house for use by the guests.
