This 4th floor balcony suite is just beachy with seaside tones and decor throughout. This is a great location on the top floor. Enjoy the balcony view from the comfort of the two sling back chairs. Or if you prefer, the queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam sleeper mattress or comfortable chair in the living room is the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean view or the 40" flatscreen TV. This condo owner pays for popular programming for the televisions (same channel line up as before 10/2023). Mirrored walls in the living room give this condo a spacious feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with the 4 burner stove top and oven. The bathroom has been remodeled recently to include a walk in shower with grab bar and plenty of storage space. The private bedroom is tiled. A new king Serta pillowtop mattress, ceiling fan and 26" flat screen TV makes the bedroom the perfect retreat during your ocean front stay. NO PETS ALLOWED

Owner slow or no communication on VRBO The couch in the unit was horrible was different then in the photo. The table was also not there as represented in the photo, had a bench instead.

Good experience. We had trouble with the tv and internet in the room, tech couldn’t figure out issue. We were upgraded to another room, which was wonderful!

Nice place
Very clean and great view ! Good mattress, that means a lot. One negative.....no coffee pot! They had a motel 2 cup with pods. We had to purchase a coffee pot to have coffee. So you need to bring a coffee pot. Everything else was very nice.
