Unit 503 is one of the few condos in Saida Towers with a washer and dryer.

Pamper yourself in the luxurious primary ensuite. It has a beautiful granite vanity with double sinks and plenty of storage space below for toiletries. Relax your muscles with a hot shower in the tiled walk-in shower at the end of a fabulous day.

The spacious guest bedroom offers two queen-size beds to ensure a restful night of sleep after a busy day exploring South Padre Island. It is an excellent room for couples or kids to share. The room has two 2-drawer nightstands, a 6-drawer dresser, and a small walk-in closet to store personal belongings. Watch a show on the mounted TV in the evening to unwind from the day.

The condo could really use some updating - painting, air/heat filter needs checked - more utensils, dishes, pots and pans, coffeepot. The guest bathroom needs the bathtub replaced. The furniture needs to be replaced - the couches and love seatseat are not good. Will we enjoyed our stay there, just need some extra TLC. The Saida property itself was very well maintained.

Very nice property. Always cleaning property. 3 pools and 3 hot tubs aling with tennis courts. Short walk to beach. Very comfortable stay. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Free bus rides are a definite plus.

Great Place with everything you need!
Overall, it was a great experience and the condo was very nice. The space was great, fully stocked kitchen, excellent balcony. The beach access is perfect, the pools and tennis courts are great. Access to a lot of channels on the TV. Every room with a TV. The only comment is that the living room TV should be a lot bigger.. other than that, excellent place!

Loved the the Saida resort! Check in was easy and so helpful. The apartment was roomy and very clean. We found it so convenient and a beautiful place to stay! The ONLY trouble we had was operating the TV. We would have loved more directions on how to operate the TV. Someone did come to repair it but we could have easily fixed it if we knew which button to push!! Really loved our stay here…. Would rent this again if available in our next trip to South Padre!

The condo itself was excellent. It was tastefully decorated. Very happy to see that it wasn’t full of the cheap white wicker furniture that most beach houses have. The balcony furniture could use an upgrade, otherwise we were very pleased. The water pressure was not the best in the showers, but that’s no reflection on the owner of the condo. The grounds were well maintained. Wish there were more pool options available instead of 4 large tennis courts taking up most of the real estate between the building and the beach. There seemed to be not enough pool space and shaded areas around the pools. I think that 4 tennis courts are a little much, as we only saw one court being used one time during our stay. These are in no way a reflection of the actual condo, it was great.

Resort Fee and TV
We enjoyed our stay at the condo and the pictures accurately reflected the beauty of this condo. Very clean. Great view. I had two issues with property management. 1st, I was told that the resort fee of $33 for my 21-year-old daughter was strictly enforced and needed to be paid. So I did. While at the condo over the weekend, not one guest within the requried age group was wearing a bracelet. When I informed the property manager I was told that it was out of their hand and that l could not get a refund. The 2nd issue: TV was not working in the guest bedroom . Called the office and was told that I did not come to SPI to watch TV but that they would send someone over. No one came that evening, as it was late. The following day, late afternoon, I called again. Different individual answered and a repairman was sent over and was quickly fixed. The condo is beautiful.

Everything was very easy and we loved the Condo. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Furniture was nice. TV in the second bedroom did not get any channels. Need to put a firestick or Roku.

Loved the condo!
The condo bldg was perfectly located. We had pool options and were close to the beach. The condo itself was great for 5 adults. The kitchen was nice, though could have used more microwavable cookware and silverware. We had to run the dishwasher before it was full to have enough silverware. The living room was very comfortable and the dining room table was a great size. The 3 beds were comfy and bathrooms very adequate. Water pressure was low, but that may be a building issue. Our adult sons loved the tennis courts, heated pool and hot tub. The gated community for the 5 buildings gives a great sense of security. Overall, the condo was all we had hoped for and we would recommend it highly.

The unit itself was located in a great location. Near the beach and easy access to it. We chose this unit over another unit in the complex because it had an in unit washer and dryer. Coming from New York and with the cost of baggage fees, we chose to rent this unit due to having the washer/dryer. We were very disappointed when we arrived that the washer was broken. While we still had the coin operated laundry, it was not what we were expecting. Had we known that the washer was broken, we would have chosen another unit that was much more brighter and beachy feeling. This unit had rust stains in the guest bathroom and cracks in some of the walls. The beds in the guest bedroom need to be replaced as they were very uncomfortable. I think maintenance should be a priority in this unit as there was a missing light cover in the entrance and that light didn't work as well as other bulbs that were blown. All in all we had a great time on South Padre Island, just a few maintenance issues that should be looked at and resolved.

Summer vacation
This was our 2nd stay at this property and we will continue to come back again and again. Overall, I have no major complaints about the property, but I do have a few suggestions that could make the stay just a little bit better. I am someone that pays attention to detail, so I notice everything. While the condo was very clean and beautiful, I did notice that the comforters on the beds were a bit worn and frayed. There were fingerprints all over the stainless appliances in the kitchen making it seem as if that area really hadn't been cleaned well before we arrived. As mentioned, these are very minor details. Overall, I still give this rental 5 stars because it was still exceptionally beautiful and clean. I appreciate the fact that security is on site. The grounds and pools are very well maintained. I can't wait until we are able to return next year for summer vacation!

Loved the property
This was just a quick weekend getaway and our first time to South Padre. We loved our room.. Everything needed was provided. The only reason I gave a 4 start for cleanliness was because in the first bathroom tub its rusted and the toilet seats both need to be changed. These are easy fixes. But we will definitely be staying here again.
