Apartment located in the historic center of Seville next to the Alameda de Hércules (area of important artistic and social activity), with everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay. In the Alameda the best gastronomic and leisure offer of Seville is mixed.

Near the apartment there are numerous samples of the Baroque and Mudejar architecture of the city (Church of San Luis de los Franceses, Palace of the Marquises of La Algaba, Church of San Marcos, etc.) as well as other spaces of great popular interest such as the Feria street market, the 'Thursday market' (the oldest in the city), etc.

In the surroundings there are some services of interest, such as bus stop, taxi stop, bicycle rental, shops, pharmacies, restaurants, tapas bars and is close to the main monuments and tourist attractions, which can be reached by walking .

The apartment recently renovated, and with a careful decoration to detail is very nice and comfortable, ideal for spending a few days of sightseeing. Close to Alamada de Hercules
Newly renovated, smart, clean and tidy. The apartment was ideal for our longer stay in Seville. Close to bars and cafes but not noisy at all. Helpful owner who gave good advice and was helpful when needed. Totally recommend. If we come back we will book again.

Nice Apartment in a great location.

Great location and host was very responsive and communicative. We even got restaurant recommendations. I would say this place is great for 2 people max. Although there is a pullout couch, the bedroom doesn’t have a door and it’s truly best for 1-2 people.

Best place to stay!
Susana’s house is perfect! Clean, comfortable and plenty of space. You also have a very nice kitchen so you can cook your meals too if you want. The location is perfetc as there are lots of restaurants around the house and only few minute walk to the main attractions in sevilla she also provided us a parking which was a bonus. We had a perfect time and would definitely stay again! She has been also very helpful with everything! Thank you :)

Very nice location, but some smaller inconveniences
First of all, Susana is very nice and very helpful. Contacting her is a pleasure and she always responds. One day after the booking (for 4 persons), I got a message with an extra charge of 60 Euros for the bedding of the 3th and 4th person. I didn’t quite understand but we payed as the price was good though. Arrived at the apartment, the bed for the 3/4 person needed to be made by ourselves, and we need to look for the duvets, which were located in the sleeping room, but the sofa bed, was in another room. That was quite confusing. Also, there were only 2 duvets in the apartment. But after contacting Susana there was no issue to get more. Nevertheless we found this a bit disappointing. Paying an extra fee for the 3/4 person, but then we needed to make the beds ourselves and not even enough laundry was provided. Also, I am not sure if the laundry was fresh, but it was okay. Everything else was very satisfying. The location of the apartment is very good and you have all you need. Overall everything is very clean and as described. Would recommend to stay there :)

siamo stati nella casa di Susana dal 02/05/2019 al 05/05/2019 e ci siao trovati benissimo, Susana è un'ottima ospite e l'appartamento a circa 10-15 minuti dal centro storico della città è dotato di molti comfort dalla lavastoviglie al ferro da stiro. Consigliatissimo...io stesso se dovessi tornare a Siviglia sceglierei nuovamente Susana

Gute Lage, nett, kann aber etwas laut sein
Gute Lage im Westen der Altstadt (wo ich meist unterwegs war). Susana ist sehr zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Was wirklich gestört hat ist, dass Samstag Nacht irgendein Nachbar vier Stunden lang sehr laut gestritten hat und man das durch den halligen Patio nicht ignorieren konnte, während der steitende die Aufforderung mehrerer Nachbarn endlich still zu sein, ignoriert hat. Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen
