Countryside retreat that sleeps 6, located in Mallorca’s wine region, just outside the historic village of Biniali. The authentic Mallorquin towns of Binissalem, Alaro, Sencelles and Santa Maria are all within 10 minutes drive away and have a great choice of restaurants and squares for children to play in.

Stunning backdrop views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range (UNESCO World Heritage Site).

You can find stunning beaches within 20-50 minutes drive, along with plenty of activities for all ages, such as wine tasting, hiking, cycling, water sports, rock climbing, go karting, caves, and horse riding.

Easily accessible only 5 minutes from the motorway (MA-13), and 25 minutes from Palma airport and central Palma de Mallorca.

The Balearic tourist tax is included in the price.

Owners live next door - shared pool (priority for guests) and garden. Guests have their own area in the garden to eat outside with a BBQ, dining area and sitting area. Guests can also use a table tennis and games area in the garden. Around the pool there are plenty of sun loungers and 2 comfortable outdoor beds.
