Good and bad!
Emily at the front desk is great, give her a raise! She really listened to who we were and made some changes to help us out, that will bring us back! So with the disposable cups in the time and disputable plates and plastic utensils at breakfast, you can do better. That could keep us away if we can find more Eco friendly options. I'd even appreciate a 100% Organic breakfast. You can do it!

Loved that is was pet friendly so we could take our new dog. the drive to cedar point was not bad at all and that the main reason for our trip. several other fun things and lots of food options just down the road. hotel was nice and kids loved the pool and hot tub

Not a great experience
Had two issues: Due to a basketball tournament the hotel had a plethora of young kids booked. They came out around 11pm on the 4th floor and for whatever reason had to talk loud and bang doors until about 1:30am. I sent a text to the hotel but nothing was done. Also had an issue with the hand-held wand shower would not shut off when using the overhead shower. The hotel gave us the disability suite so while showering we had both going and spraying all over. Not a great experience.

We woke up to no power and it was out until we left at 10:30. So we had to carry our luggage down 3 flights. The breakfast was good but not much to choose from due to the power being out. Other then that we had a nice stay.
