This beautiful condo is located in the heart of Salt Lake City Utah. The building was built in 1910 as a toy factory and is now home to some of the best condos in downtown. This condo has a unique industrial charm. It is centrally located to most activities in Salt Lake City. Brand new stainless steel appliances, gas stove, washer and dryer make this condo comfortable for short and long term stays. Great location to stay for Utah skiing.
1) Smoking, vaping, tobacco, etc. are not permitted in any capacity anywhere on this property. A fine of $500 will be levied for each offence and guests will be responsible for any cost of cleaning or damages associated.

2) This property is limited to 6 occupants at any given time. Prior written approval & authorization from your host(s) is required to add any additional occupants/visitors. Violation of this rule is grounds for removal from the premises. Fines up to $100 per person may be imposed for violators. If you wish to add more guests to your reservation please send an alteration request or contact your host(s).

3) It is expected that guests respect neighbors. For this reason we ask that guests adhere to quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.

4) This is a shoes-off property. Please remove your shoes while indoors.

5) Guests are expected to make a reasonable effort to keep the property clear of excessive clutter and maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay and not allowing smelly trash to linger inside. Hosts reserve the right to charge additional fees for excessive messes, damage, and unreasonable clutter left behind.

6) Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property. If you require a service animal please contact your hosts at the time of reservation to confirm accommodation.
