Welcoming staff. Good size pool, with plenty of pool towels available on request. The double room was very satisfactory, clean and well maintained. The maid service wasn’t daily, but the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful meeting any requests. The tv was large, but limited tv stations, available for children. The breakfast was plentiful, but mainly processed food, There was no cereal and fresh fruit could have been more plentiful and varied. There was no microwave or waffle maker. There was a lot of waste at breakfast in terms of plastic utensils and cups and plates. Recycling didn’t seem to be high on the hotel’s priorities. Being British we have a concern for recycling. Even in the town centre we only found two small recycling bins. It was 18 minutes walk to the Commuter Rail and a similar pleasant walk into Rockport front. There is a fairly regular Shuttle bus that services the Park and Ride that passes the hotel. The overall feel of the hotel was light and airy, with lawned areas around the room blocks. Ideal for couples and families with young children. Dog friendly, $45 nightly. We really enjoyed our stay and would readily book again.

We stayed 4 nights. The first night I spotted a roach (I took a picture of it and googled it) in the bed so I emailed the front desk (from their website) and did not receive a response. The next morning my partner woke up with bed bug bites. We tore the sheets off and did not find any live bugs, but did find evidence of bed bugs. We went up front and the staff were very accommodating. They inspected and said it wasn’t bed bugs but still moved us to a different suite. They were very nice and compassionate and I could tell they truly wanted to assist. I would not stay again though. Now we have to make sure to treat all of our clothes and bags before taking them home

Attractive lobby and eating area. Room adequate but our shower curtain was torn to the point of hanging off rod. Mold along the baseboard trim. Breakfast was mostly packaged sugary carbs. No milk, just apples and oranges as fruit. No hot items. Could all be better at this price.
