Adults only and quiet. Gorgeous view and property. At first glance its picturesque but you notice the little things as time goes on. A light with a freyed wire in the pool by the pool bar, in-unit tub was missing jets, keycards break from sweat or just being generally anywhere anything having a battery, stains on the pillows, etc. You then go to the resort owned by Princess (Deluxe Princess) next door and you just get the feeling the adult resort was an afterthought.

The staff were great but when I was checking in, the hotel has no record of me and my reservation. They helped me but what if this was a busy weekend? Expedia needs to work closer with hotel brands

Staff is 5 stars. However I had to change rooms because several things in it were not working. The second room also had things that didn’t work. It seems these issues are management or corporate related.

La entrada a la propiedad está muy descuidada, calle en mal estado. Recibí una habitación con un terrible olor a humedad. La cama y almohahas presentaban un olor muy desagradable. Reporté la situación a servicio al cliente, me indicaron que estaban muy llenos, así que me cambiarían de habitación al siguiente día, pero enviarían a limpiar la habitación. Nadie paso a realizar limpieza y debimos pasar una terrible noche ,en la cual para dormir debía ser boca arriba. Las sábanas picaban, tanto que al día siguiente estábamos con marcas de picadas en todo el cuerpo. Para completar el aire acondicionado hacia un ruido extraño cada cierto tiempo que te despertaba, por lo que debimos apagarlo. Logré conciliar sueño a las 6am. La variedad de comidas en muy limitada, y la calidad no es la mejor. Las opciones de entretenimiento para un hotel de adultos son muy pocas y terminan a las 11am, ni siquiera en los hoteles familiares, no hay una discoteca, no hay actividades de playa. En conclusión no es una propiedad que recomendaría visitar, he visitado varias propiedades de la cadena Princess en punta cana y está ha sido la primera a la cual definitivamente no regresaría.

Everything was absolutely perfect! I went there on a solo trip for some relaxation and that is exactly what I got and more. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Many activities , great live entertainment. The beach and the spa was breathtaking. Shout out to Roman and Monte for making every moment worth it. Special shout out to Alexander at guest services-he understood the assignment and made sure he locked me in with everything that I needed and wanted. If you’re looking to chill and relax but still have a great time this is the spot. I will be returning. Thanks DR
