They can be sold separate or together as a 3-bed villa while still allowing for privacy between guests.
They are located on Long Bay Beach: one of the most renowned kiteboarding beaches in the Caribbean. Three miles of white sand, turquoise flat water and steady Tradewinds make it a kiteboarding paradise and is situated in 2.2 acres of indigenous landscaping one of the first villa properties built on these shores. The Cottage is steps away from the beach and it has a surrounding terrace with BBQ allowing beachfront relaxation and outdoor dining.
The property has recently been sold with the intention to redevelop into a modern luxury villa. Until doing so it remains available as a casual beachfront rental providing comfort and excellent value for money.

All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $15.00/day (fifteen US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
