The 1st room we got we open the door and pot smoke just rolled out of the door. It was disgusting! There was a big butt print on the bed where they just sat and smoked pot. the place was filthy. There’s homeless staying there. Very unsafe dirty and shady. Do not leave your room after dark if not at all.

The light in the bedroom didnt work. The room was not clean at all. Lots of garbage outside, people on drugs, we saw someone doung hwroin in the parking lot. Staff was not availabe during breakfast and random hobos were eating the food. People were waiting an hour for staff and no pne showed up. It was all a horrible experience and i wont be back.

The staff was amazing. One girl running the front desk and the shuttle all by herself. The light in the bathroom was broken and our smoke detector had no battery. All in all it was pleasant and clean.

Remodeled older property. Smells like cigs in the entryway but the room was fine. The temp was set to 61 when we entered the room. The frig didn’t work. Decent if you just need a bed before departing the airport.

No phone in room ( not working). They said they would fix it but didn’t and the shower was hard to figure out as it was stuck and they did come help on that. I would not stay there again and it did seem to have sketchy people there too.

Quality Inn- Portland airport
The staff was very nice. They had breakfast and an outdoor pool. The breakfast was a light breakfast which the staff keep stocked. It was close to the highways and airport. The bed was hard for me. I told I could have got a different room and bed. I had to walk up stairs to my room. They have no elevator. They have a shower massage though.

I like the staff and how friendly and helpful they are, i don't like that there isn't an elevator when they have 3 floors but other than that this place is very clean and comfortable to stay at!

Disgusting pool. Broken sections of the building and doorways. Dirty floors and hallways, horrible smell coming out of the air conditioner. No breakfast options like you would normally get with a continental breakfast included. And definitely don't book through third party sites, like expedia etc, because they do not communicate all rules/ reservation info. So just because you have a reservation confirmed, that says pay when you arrive that means nothing. They tried to run my card the morning of our reservation before we even got there and before check in time, and because I had my card locked until we arrived, so it declined. So by the time we got there to check in they had canceled my reservation. And there was no longer the room type with 2 beds even available to stay in. This never got updated on the expedia site, and I never received any kind of message saying anything was canceled. It just looked like i was a no show.
