Beautiful site on top of a Whole Foods which made getting groceries very easy. Simple fob pickup for access to parking and the building. Did run into a little trouble with the code to the unit not working, but luckily this Sonder has staff on staff most of the day. Loved the private pool on the 5th floor, felt like a private oasis. Close to ASU so lots of things to do around. Will be back if I'm ever in Tempe!

I never got an email from Sonder to get checked in. It took me 2 hours to finally get someone from Sonder to send me a check in email for the instructions. I tried calling Expedia’s customer service and I keep being told that there was nothing they could do but for me to reach out to Sonder. I finally searched on my own and finally found a number that got me to a live customer agent and he help me. Once I got the fobs I finely was able to get into my unit, also the TV would not connect to the WiFi. The unit needs more darker curtains and thicker noise barrier. I will never stay there again, my experiences with Expedia is sadly gone down hill again. I’ll deal with hotels directly.

Only 1 elevator was operational. Tv in room did not provide local channels. Dishwasher had coffee ground in the bottom and face plate around buttons fell off and would not stay on.

This is our second time staying at Sonders Mill Ave. we choose it for the convenient location, Whole Foods, good gym and space with kitchen in the apartments. It is a good value. It would be nice if they updated the flooring in the halls and fixed a few items in the apartments. Overall it is still a good value and great location.

Check in is big hassle , also apps needed for everything, TV app not working very boring with no TV, Dryer was broken did not know until wet clothes took 5 hours to dry also right at 11 2 girls showed up to clean they had to wait for a few minutes sat on floor when we exited one of them just glared at me after i said hello very bad experience id say. We were so impressed with the property and everything that it has to offer. The room was well equipped and had quality kitchen utensils. Very modern space with some of the best amenities that I have seen. The only drawback would be that the hallway carpets seemed to be dirty as well as the carpet in the room. If that was better maintained it would be flawless. The Internet signal was not as strong as we would have liked. Other than that we would definitely stay at Sonder properties.
