Great location and very comfortable house
Wonderful house & well maintained. Only issue is the house does not sleep 10 as advertised. It actually sleeps 8 and they can bring in 2 additional roll away beds, if you ask.

Peaceful Getaway
This house was in a great location - close to Pebble Beach golf course and lots of other great spots within a 10-15 min drive. House was dated but clean inside and had most amenities, including a grill we didn’t expect. The property management company was quick to respond and resolve some early hiccups in our stay and were very apologetic. WiFi is spotty or not available outside the main area of the house including the master and downstairs. Otherwise, a charming place to stay.

Nice location, plenty of space
Overall had a good stay. The place is very large and spacious - all the rooms are very big, and common areas are great for entertaining. The kitchen and master are updated, but the rest of the house was dated. There is carpet in the bathrooms and a bit of a musty smell... One of the bathrooms needed more cleaning when we checked in, but they took care of it. Keep in mind the walk to the Lodge is a bit far, but doable. The area is spectacular.

This was a great spot for our trip! We had 3 couples in our group and it was great that we each had our own area (bedroom & bathroom). I would definitely recommend this house to others!

Beautiful home in the heart of Pebble Beach!
Five of us stayed here for a week. The home has everything you could possibly want for comfortable living. Zorka was kind enough to leave us a welcome basket that was quite tasty. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen with every modern convenience and the the den a comfy spot to relax. The house was spotless when we arrived. It is the perfect place for entertaining. I recommend this house with one exception...two of the bedrooms, master and large guest room have stairs leading to them. If anyone is disabled, just make note. Otherwise, perfect!
