After a day of skiing or exploring this vibrant mountain town, slip out of your hiking or skiing gear and make your way out to the deck to soak in the private hot tub as the sun goes down. When everyone needs to refuel, whipping up tasty meals will be a breeze with the fully equipped kitchen boasting a gas range, modern appliances, and plenty of counter space to allow multiple cooks to help out.

You won't need to go far to check out Kimball Junction, as a beautiful paved walkway (two steps off the porch) will lead you through this gorgeous scenery and terrific neighborhood. In the immediate area are shops, a movie theater, and a little farther you have grocery stores, main city-wide bus stops, a recreation center, and many other nice additional shopping for convenience! The Basin Recreation Field House is a ten-minute walk from your rental and offers a fitness room, pool, indoor soccer field, and drop-in classes, all for a minimal fee. Great Stay
We stayed for five nights and enjoyed this property. It is close to everything: biking and hiking trails, grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. There was live music on two nights and the park is right next to the back deck. However, this also means you might not sleep in- F45 started at 8 a.m. and used large speakers for their workout, very loud and went until 10:15. Kids will be yelling in the park or from the hotel pool from dawn to dusk. This may be ok for some, but may bother others, so we wanted to share that point. Lastly, one townhouse next door is also a rental and they had two dogs- they would throw the ball inside and the dogs would run causing the dishes to rattle and loud thumps throughout our townhouse for hours. It was mostly relaxing and we would stay here again.

Perfect Spot for Park City / Salt Lake City
Newpark is located ~15 minutes from Park City and ~20 minutes from Salt Lake City; there are restaurants & shops within easy walking distance of the townhouse and a bike trail right out the back door. The unit itself had comfortable beds for six, laundry, a nice kitchen, hot tub, and three showers, plus garage. Note that this unit does not include access to the Newpark Resort pool & gym.

Loved the location!
Last summer during our visit to Park City we found ourselves constantly heading toward Kimball Junction for activities and dining. So, summer 2022 we decided to look for a place in that area and we’re so happy to find a Newpark Townhome. It is right on the edge of a bustling bunch of stores and restaurants with a recreation path, duck pond and common park with occasional live music right outside our door. Additionally, there is a large recreation center and Olympic park as well. The unit itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. The air conditioner could be more powerful, but the nights cooled off the interior nicely. We would definitely be very happy to return to this place as it was perfect for us! Thank you.

This townhouse was perfect for the price. It had everything we needed and we appreciated 3 full bathrooms. We enjoyed the view of the pond with beaver and ducks. Convenient to many shops in walking distance. We would stay again.
