Péssima
Fiquei decepcionado, a acomodação reservada não estava disponível ou não existia, nos foi ofertada duas acomodações, sendo uma sem banheiro, as fotos no site nem de perto retratam a realidade do Hostel, o Sr. Rafael esteve presente apenas no check in, portanto, ficando impossível qualquer questionamento!!

minha melhor escolha
nunca havia me hospedado em um hostel. estava com receio de compartilhar o quarto com outras pessoas, mas me senti tão em casa desde a hora que cheguei que acabei amando a experiência. a nita que faz o café da manhã é um amor de pessoa. os donos, diogo e rafael são ótimo. sempre dispostos a ajudar.

O pessoal é muito bem educado. O que não gostei é que o quarto em que ficamos eu e meu filho tinha cheiro de mofo. O quarto também era muito simples apesar de possuir ar condicionado, ventilador e TV. Pareceu-nos que o local não é dos melhores, aparentando ser um local muito pobre.

Nice and chilled-out place
Although we stayed there only 1 day and night, we have enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly, room ok, breakfast nice. There is a good common area/patio where you can relax and interact with other people (we met only cool people).

Hostel pra quem gosta de ser bem atendido!
Atendimento muito bom, em tudo! Desde quem abre a porta, até quem cuida do café da manhã. Ambiente muito aconchegante! Deitar na rede num sábado à noite e conversar com pessoas que se hospedaram lá também foi uma experiência fantástica!

Falta de profissionalizmo e limpeza
Por se tratar de um ambiente onde tem muito fluxo de pessoas, deveria ter uma pessoa direto na recepção. Quando cheguei, precisei ficar 25 min esperando para aparecer alguem para me atender. Assim mesmo quando fui hospedado, a pessoa que me recebeu me colocou em um quarto que depois fiquei sabendo que era feminino e tive que refazer todas as coisas novamente. Outro fator que pesou muito contra foi a limpeza. Tinha fios de cabelos no lençol e um cheiro desagradavel na cama. As pessoas que trabalham foram muito educadas no trato com os clientes mas para um negócio, demostraram um amadorismo muito grande.

Minha estadia foi muito boa! Adorei o hostel e a qualidade dos serviços. A limpeza dos quartos e dos banheiros é feita todos os dias. O café da manhã também é bem gostoso. E uma qualidade adicional é a vista do deck do hostel.
