Elevators can’t possibly have passed inspection, found roaches outside the room door (hallway) and on the walk up into hotel/pool area. The dishes in the room we’re very poor quality expected way more For over 400 a night

The carpet in the master bedroom was disgusting. The bed was severely uncomfortable. Both couches were covered in stains. The sliding door would not lock and I don’t even think it was closing all the way. Other than that the condo was fairly clean. I haven’t decided if I will stay at this resort again but I was definitely not satisfied with the condo I stayed in.

Checking in and receiving parking passes for overflow was a nightmare!
The condo was awesome and I’d stay again if I could book thru someone else. Royal American was a joke! Checkin was 4 - asked for early if possible but instead was told it would probably be 6! No!!! Asked for manager but “they were busy”. Finally got in at 4:10 which was ok but was told didn’t need a parking pass for overflow parking - lie!!! At 10pm we were still trying to get a parking pass and every time I called they hung up on me. Never again!!
