Marvelous Lake Condo
This place was amazing. Everything was super clean. The deck with a view of the lake was wonderful plus you could just sit on the couch and loveseat inside and enjoy the view when the temperatures get cold. The deck is covered though so always shaded. Very comfortable and enjoyable visit.

Good location
The condo is in a great location as far as water views. The place was very clean & the balcony nice for relaxing. The only complaint we had was the coffee maker did not work. I also had sent a couple messages to the host but got no response. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, would probably stay there again.

Property was nice and in a very ideal location. Only suggestion would be to lose the carpet for tile, laminent or hardwood floors. Dave was very nice and personable. Great owner!

We had a nice stay. The property was nice and clean. I think it would have been very helpful to have a unit number near the door to locate the unit. We spent about 15 minutes looking for unit. Otherwise, we had a nice stay. There was no fold out sofa bed, so make certain you are aware of that too. Overall it was a nice unit and had everything we needed.

We stayed July 4th weekend and this was a value and relaxing. It was difficult to find at first, as the address is the whole condo complex. The key box is a little difficult to open but once we figured that out all was good. I would recommend this for a families or friends getaway.

Condo had very nice view of the main channel, very surprised how early people start boating. Only complaint we encountered and stands out is the TP. We would recommend bringing your own as it is extremely thin. Gas stations and bars even have better. Minor suggestion, please put condo number on door, we had to guess which door.

Breakwater getaway
The condo was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful lake views. Clean, well equipped and in a nice quiet location. We loved it and will go back. The only important thing I shouldmention it is NOT handicapped accessible. There are several steps to get into the condo, both up and down. It was great for us, but not for the handicapped or compromised.

Good place for a weekend
The property was clean and well kept. We likes the view from the balcony. The queen bed is definitely on the firm side, would not be comfortable for those that don't like firm sleeping surfaces.

We came down for the shootout. The property was nice and clean. Nice basic amenities. We paid extra for the boat slip which was nice to have, but the dock does not have very good protection from the main channel wakes. Make sure you know how to tie a boat up in this situation and you'll be fine! Will definitely consider for future stays!

We were very pleased with the location of the condo. Off grid yet close to everything. A number needs added to the outside of the unit, for sure. This seems to be an ongoing complaint. Also, I personally would change out the lock box for a more updated one, as it is worn and not easy to access the keys. We loved the condo and it was clean, furnished and comfy. We will definitely be booking this place again in the future.

We have been coming to the Lakes for years and this was one of the worst places we have stayed. I had to contact owner for info on keys, etc...for our arrival.. When we arrived we were not sure which condo to go to because it is not numbered at all. Ad says the condo was remodeled but only thing new was the carpet. Everything else looked like it was from the 70s. Said couch was a pullout. It was not, so someone had to sleep on an uncomfortable couch. The deck was filthy. Dryer did not work. In previous review, it stated that the shower doors were broken but he is now charging us a fee for the door. Very disappointing. Will not be back or recommend.

Osage Beach Condo
The property and location were great. I'd stay here again. Our only problem was the lock box with the keys did not work. We had to contact the property manager and he was an hour drive away. When he came he let us in, replaced the lock box and even helped us load our belongings into the condo. So even though we had to wait, he was very helpful when he arrived. The condo was neat, clean and everything the website promised. Kitchen cupboards were well stock with dishes, glasses and cooking utensils.
