It looked clean but after a few hours there were cockroaches all over the kitchen. They came and sprayed. The next morning there were more. They said they would move us at 8:30 am and so we waited until 12 pm and missed going to Disney Park. We have stayed there many times and that was not acceptable.

The property seemed well maintained but the a/c didn’t work it ran all night and only got hotter in the room. I called for maintenance and no one showed up. The water pressure was low. The hot water took five minutes to get warm coming out the faucet.

Check in was frustrating. Was asked over 5 times if we had any additional guests coming (we didnt) asked for 200 refundable deposit in case of damages (this was not disclosed earlier) when asked if they take cash she was a little rude and said no cards only. The living room/ kitchen was shared with another couple (also not disclosed) and the bed was super uncomfortable and made a noice like it was going to break in half when you moved. Its a beautiful property and the tub was nice but overall not worth the money or hassle. I would not book again.

Good location for access to the parks. Suite was spacious. Pull out bed very uncomfortable bars in your back. Property stingy with toiletries and dish detergent. Pool not heated so too cold for the week we were there.
