Outside the hotel was dirty and not well taken care for, the room was dirty and old with an old couch. Not well taken care. Staff was nice and the lobby well kept but the property rooms were not well maintained.

Free Disney transportation to and from the parks! The staff is great, the place is a bit run down, but overall not bad for what you are paying. There are tons of dining options at walking distance from the hotel.

The staff was great and provided their best customer service. The property however is really run down. The pool was out of service. The carpet through out the hotel was dirty with stains. We had to change to three different rooms because the tub wouldn't work. Tv remote was taped up so the batteries wouldn't fall out and even then didn't work. Coffee maker didn't work. The complimentary breakfast was literally bread, eggs, and cereal. No meat options. The elevator worked thankfully but was dirty. There was mold in the bathroom of the last room they moved us too. You can tell instead fixing the holes in the walls they painted over them. There was a big hole in the bathroom where they just put a vent to make it look like it was a vent. Granted the price was cheap but like they say you get what you paid for. Won't be coming back to this place!

Really bad hotel
The hotel is dirty, it smells really bad, the elevators don't work, the pool has been closed for years, the carpets are dirty, the bathroom is damp, the walls are dirty and poorly painted, the water in the bathroom didn't run well, the sink faucet was throwing water everywhere, they don't put hand soap to wash your hands in the bathroom, one of the managers treated me very badly, he is very despotic and rude, I can assure you that the man is racist since I am Mexican and he treated me very badly, I do not recommend this hotel.

Terrible stay, will not come back.
The pool has been closed for months according to staff and is not on notice. Hand soap has been " discontinued " as per house keeping. Front desk double booked our room, strangers walked in on us at a random time. The breakfast is just eggs, and bread. This place went south quick. Never will we come back. We've been staying here for the past 10 years. Super disappointment.

Good value, this is the second time coming while we visit Disney land, the free shuttle makes it worth staying instead of paying the higher prices to be closer to the park! This is was cheaper and has a shuttle. And the breakfast is really good as well I will stay here every time I visit Disney

Clean but dirty
The room was clean and comfortable, even though they said that they will not be cleaning the room ,they did everyday of our stay. The hotel lobby was nice but the other part where the rooms are, smelled like urine and dirty. One elevator was not working and the one working was very busy with the guests and hotel room cleaners using it. Upon arriving to my room, I received a call from the front desk making sure everything was okay and to call if I have any concerns. I tried to call later but all the buttons on the phone were missing. Breakfast was mediocre. Pool was drained. I give the hotel a 4

The property is convenient with a shuttle to Disney. The elevator closest to reception was out for most of our stay. There was no vent in our bathroom, nor a fridge, nor a microwave. The staff was lovely to us. The breakfast didn’t have as many options as we’d have liked, so we only had it once and went else where the rest of our stay for breakfast.

The hotel is not what it seems in the photos; they don't accurately represent its actual condition. The place is in terrible shape—it's dirty, the air conditioners don’t work, there’s mold in the bathrooms, the carpets are filthy, the walls have holes and are poorly painted. The pool is out of service, the keys don’t open the doors properly, and only one elevator at the end of the hall is working. The hotel manager is rude and arrogant. Honestly, I do not recommend this hotel

When we stayed there last year. we got a good room very clean and very comfortable. This year we got a room and when arrived, it looked clean. Buuuutt,The carpet was nasty, a lot of little trash everywhere. I had asked one of the ladies that works there if they could vacuum our room and change the sheets, she gave me a nasty attitude and not even apologized or said anything.she just ended up Vacuuming the floor and leaving. Bedsheets were nasty,Food stains on them other stains that who knows what they were. Let’s just say the nasty kind. Honestly, the only thing that was nice was the shower and tub. Oh and I forgot mention that when we left the room and you know you double check the door to make sure it locks well our door didn’t want to lock it was unlocked. We had to mess around a bit with the door handle lock thing in order for it to lock. The elevator wasn’t even working it took like a good 15 min to get to the 4th floor. Very disappointing this time

When you shop for affordable places to stay I am not sure you can beat the price we paid for 4 days. With that said, you expect that you are going to make sacrifices: PROS - the free breakfast totally exceeded my expectations. There was a large variety of options that easily kepy my family fed. - the shower was hot - parking was convenient CONS - the front elevator didn't work - there was no entrance from parking to the rear elevator - the pool was out of service

Hotel is outdated. The restrooms in lobby were out of order, the nearest elevator on the first floor was out of order. The ice machine on the floor we stayed on was not working. Headboards on bed were damaged. The hot breakfast they offered was okay but they only had scrambled eggs no sides or sausage/bacon. If you need to stay at an inexpensive hotel for the night it’s alright. But I expected more.

The random man hanging out in front of my room upon arrival tried coming into my room twice after 11pm. Thankfully I travel with a safety lock and previously placed it on my door due to the sketchiness of the facility. I called the front desk and Jason gave me a new room and even had security come up to escort us to our new room. Grateful for that! My first room was so run down, filthy and dated. The second room was remodeled and very clean. Unsure why they don’t give out the nicer rooms first. Lobby desperately needed a vacuum and mop! Should not be filthy at 8am. Instead of cigarette breaks, the night staff could tidy up a little. The two trash cans on the exterior (as you enter the lobby) were always overflowing. Not a very welcoming site as first impressions speak volumes. Elevator was broken. The ONLY pleasant thing about my trip was the comfortable beds, the shuttle and “store”. Their staff was so pleasant. They can give the hotel staff a tip or two on how to smile & greet people. All in all, I would NEVER return. Pay a little more & stay next door.

I have stayed here a few times and really like staying here. It is not the most nicest place, but it is definitely worth it. They have free breakfast and I believe transportation to Disney if I’m not mistaken.

There was homeless people everywhere I had to move my car several times as I was scared it get broken into. Not to mention their ads that are misleading and make you think it’s the Howard Johnson in front of the Disney park, instead it’s in Fullerton. The room smelled real Bad and the floors were sticky. The blinds had smudges and weird stains. The front desk did not let us check In 30 min early but sure did let another family check in right after us. Once noticed they called us and gave us a room. N
