****THE PROPERTY****

This coastal retreat offers two bedrooms + bunk room, two bathrooms and a half bath - making it suitable for up to 8 people! Spacious, updated unit with a convenient wet bar and large balcony providing views of the bay. Topped off with complex amenities such as a private beach area - The Pass 307 is a must see destination for your next trip to the beach!

Situated on the 3rd floor, this unit welcomes you with 1500sq ft of updated space and balcony views that can't be beat! From your private balcony, look out towards the bay and Cotton Bayou area. Inside, you'll find a large kitchen, fully equipped with everything the group chef might need. Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. The spacious open floor concept allows anyone in the dining area to easily chat with the cook while lunch or dinner is cooking! The living room offers floor to ceiling glass windows and balcony access, and provides a sleeper sofa. Lounge around enjoying the satellite TV, stream your favorite shows with free Wi-Fi, or fix a drink at the convenient wet bar! The master bedroom offers a comfy king bed along with an attached bathroom that provides a jetted tub and roomy walk-in shower. The guest bedroom provides a queen bed. There is also a bonus bunk room offering twin over twin beds. There is a guest bathroom that provides a tub/shower combo and a half bath next to the bunk room.

Staying at The Pass also provides access to great amenities including an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, BBQ area with prep area, and a private sandy beach!

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, shopping at numerous boutiques and souvenir stores, and only minutes away from the Wharf, the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex and Tanger Outlet Mall. Other features of Gulf Shores include "The Hangout" home to the famous "Hangout Music Festival" where you get to listen to your favorite bands with your toes in the sand. Local eateries are so abundant that it will be a challenge to visit each one during a single vacation! * WEEKLY RENTAL: This property has a 7 Night Minimum, Check In Saturday to Check Out Saturday

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement Must Be Signed to Receive Check-In Information

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $60 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

Very nice condo, great location, not too crowded. Only suggestion I would have would be more bath linens, with 6 people and going to beach and showering more we had to wash a lot. We would definitely choose to stay here again and we come once a year at least.

Nice, very well appointed condo on the beach. Good mattresses. Could not see sunsets from the balconies which was our only disappointment. Arrival and departures were amazingly smooth and easy. We had a great time!
