Featuring sun filled decks front and back, Beachfront Cottage is a prime location. Kick back on the beach or take the family for a day out on the water - the boat ramp is conveniently located across the road, opposite the front gate.

This Opito Bay cottage is an ideal spot for entertaining guests, with open plan lounge and dining areas. Sliding doors flow out onto spectacular views of the front deck, with French doors leading to the rear of the property.

Equipped with appliances to meet your culinary needs, the kitchen is ideally positioned next to the lounge and dining areas - mingle with friends and family whilst preparing meals!

Beachfront Cottage can accommodate 5 guests, over 2 bedrooms. Situated at the front of this Opito Bay cottage, the master bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and offers stunning ocean vistas. The second bedroom has a single bed and a set of bunks. For any additional guests, there is a small single bed in the lounge.

The bathroom and laundry are conveniently located together, off the hallway. The toilet is situated by the bathroom.

Beachfront Cottage is located on a private fully-fenced section - suitable for families, let the kids run free. On those hot summer days, retreat to the shade of the Pohutukawa tree with a refreshing drink and a good book!

This Opito Bay accommodation also provides a lockable garage to the side of the cottage for your use.

As there is a section of the deck without a barrier with a small drop on to grass, all guests should take care when using this area due to the risk of falls. As the property has direct access to the beach, adults should supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.
